DARK POOLS - just another screw up. add this to CDS, derivatives, and a list of other names and acronyms wall street makes up to steal our money. I am a capitalist, but this is not capitalism because the elitist play by different runs - they make up the rules as they go just so robbery is LEGAL. We, we just have to... follow or the IRS - SEC - OR SOME OTHER regulatory agency formed to keep us from throwing them out of office.
