There are models in the world that work. The ironic part is Singapore did not originate this idea. The idea originated in the USA in the 70's. We passed and look at the outcome - WE AR BROKE and they have a thriving system - I JUST HAVE TO LAUGH! Where is our back bone - we have the ideas, but not the guts to implement a program that would hold AMERICANS accountable.
